Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RISE SYSTEM processes information needed to operate our digital fitness platform.

Information we process

Account identity and sign-in information; profile and selected avatar; workout, quest, rank and achievement data; community posts and interactions; optional body check-ins and progress photos; language and notification preferences; device and security information; and support messages you send.

Billing information

Paddle is our merchant of record and securely processes checkout, payment methods, taxes, invoices, subscription status, refunds and fraud screening. RISE SYSTEM receives identifiers and subscription status needed to unlock access; we do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use information

We authenticate accounts, synchronize progress, deliver product features, operate subscriptions, send transactional messages, answer support requests, protect the community and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use Firebase for authentication, database and hosting; Cloudinary for optional user media; Cloudflare Workers for secure APIs; Resend for transactional email; and Paddle for billing.

Retention and deletion

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for security, legal and financial obligations. Delete your application account from Settings → Account. Billing records required by Paddle, tax law or fraud prevention may be retained independently. See account deletion instructions.

Your choices

You may edit your profile, control notifications, request access or correction, cancel billing and delete your account. Contact support@risesystem.app.

Children and health data

The service is not directed to children under 13. Fitness information is for personal tracking, not diagnosis or medical treatment.
