Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to RISE SYSTEM, the RISE SYSTEM brand’s digital fitness and discipline platform. By creating an account, beginning a trial or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Digital service

RISE SYSTEM provides guided workouts, exercise information, quests, progress tracking, achievements, ranks, community tools and related digital features. Features may evolve as the product improves.

Subscription, trial and renewal

RISE SYSTEM Premium costs USD $9.99 per month. Eligible new subscribers receive a 15-day free trial. Unless canceled before the displayed renewal time, the subscription automatically renews each month and Paddle charges the payment method shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. Paddle acts as our merchant of record and handles checkout, billing and invoices.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime in the app under Settings → Subscription & billing → Manage or cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period unless Paddle states otherwise. Deleting the app or your account alone does not necessarily cancel an active subscription; use the billing cancellation control first or contact support.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Fitness responsibility

RISE SYSTEM is not medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is suitable. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Community conduct

Do not post harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, threats, spam, fraud, dangerous instructions, unlawful material or content that violates another person’s rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts.

Accounts and availability

Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. We may change or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. XP, ranks, achievements and virtual items have no cash value.
